Purpose:

Shields SPP low-voltage complete devices designed to control the rotation speed of three-phase asynchronous electric motors with a power from 0.18 to 630 kW by changing the frequency and amplitude of the supply voltage.

Shields are equipped with frequency converters (if). Frequency converters embody the latest technologies and meet the most stringent requirements of applications in the industrial and commercial sectors through the use of a variety of engine control laws and numerous features.

Scope SPC: Shields SPC applied in different housing facilities, systems of water supply and heating of residential, administrative and industrial buildings, in fire-extinguishing systems, in systems of production and technological processes in the chemical and petroleum industries, in heating systems with steam boilers, transport equipment, filling packaging machines, material handling equipment, special tools, pumps, fans, compressors, etc., with the purpose of automation, energy efficiency, increasing the service life of mechanical and electrical parts of equipment, reducing accidents.

Purpose of the control PANEL: the Control Panels are low-voltage complete devices designed to ensure smooth start and stop of three-phase asynchronous motors with a voltage of 380V with a short-circuited rotor with a power from 4.0 to 630kw. The boards use soft-start devices. The billboards are completed in accordance with the Customer's requirements specified in the questionnaire. The panels have a metal body with a degree of protection IP54, IP66.

Scope of application: Control Panels are used in systems with pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, conveyors, centrifuges, mixers, crushing machines, belt and disc saws, heavily loaded and inertial mechanisms, in grinding, metal and woodworking machines, machines and mechanisms with belt, chain and other types of transmissions, gearboxes and other devices.
