GENERAL SUBSTATION CONTROL POINTS

General substation control points are designed for control, protection, automation and signaling at substations.

The GSCP is equipped with low-voltage complete devices for supplying operational current to substations ' own needs, in particular: relay protection circuits; automation and control circuits; electromagnetic interlock circuits; high-voltage switch spring circuits; charging and recharging units; communication equipment; fire alarm systems; electric heating; power supply for ventilation systems, etc.

GSCP are insulated modules supplied with fully equipped low-voltage complete devices. The modules have a high degree of factory readiness, which allows you to reduce the installation time on site. The contruction of the module is a welded metal frame, sheathed on the outside with "sandwich" panels with a thickness of the insulated part from 100 to 150 mm (insulated version), or steel sheets with anti-corrosion protection (non-insulated version). The roof has a slope angle of 6 degrees. "Sandwich" panels are used with non-combustible mineral (basalt) insulation. At the customer's choice, opus can be manufactured in various versions. Depending on the type of built-in equipment, the GSCP building may consist of non-multiple modules with fully mounted electrical connections within the module.

Individual modules of a multi-module building are pulled together using pins through through holes in the roof profiles, external and internal profiles of the building. After screwing the modules, the joints between them are closed with wall slats. The joints of the modules on the roof are closed by additional elements of the temperature seam. From above, doborny deaf rivets. The maximum length of the module is 12.5 m.

The block-modular building, if necessary, is equipped with stairs and platforms. Degree of protection according to GOST 14254-96-IP 23, IP 34. The degree of fire resistance of the building according to SNiP 2.01.02-III.
