Purpose:

CABINETS FOR COMPLETE OUTDOOR DISTRIBUTION DEVICES

The complete distribution device CCODD-10 is used for receiving and distributing electricity with a voltage of 10 kV. it Is also used for sectioning networks, completing or reconstructing cells of KTP-35-10 in the networks of power plants, industrial plants, substations and power facilities of agriculture. The device is used for operational switching in the network, emergency disconnections and re-activation in automatic mode, switching on emergency power, accounting for electricity consumption without constant maintenance by specialists

Climatic version: CCODD-10 is intended for outdoor use. If necessary, it is possible to install electric heaters in them to create the necessary temperature inside the Cabinet.

Equipment: the CCODD is a Cabinet case divided into a compartment of high-voltage equipment mounted on a pull-out element (trolley) and a compartment for busbars, control and protection.

The welded body of the device is made of steel bent profiles. To increase the strength of the CCODD, improve its appearance and anti-corrosion resistance, it is possible to manufacture a body made of galvanized steel and connect its parts with rivets. The degree of protection of the device from accidental contact with live parts meets the requirements of GOST. Inside, the Cabinet is illuminated by an incandescent lamp. Access to the equipment is provided by doors located on opposite sides of the Cabinet. This allows you to service the device from both sides and have free access to all parts of the CCODD.

The high-voltage switching equipment of the selected manufacturer (disconnectors, switches, etc.) is mounted on the welded roll-out element (unitized trolley). The trolley can occupy several fixed positions, which makes it easier to inspect and repair the equipment located on it. It is possible to quickly replace a failed trolley with a spare one. Precast and ground tires are painted in the appropriate colors and have mesh fences. Tires are made of electrical aluminum. Input and output of the CCODD-air or cable. The design allows you to mount several complete devices in a row and connect their chains on prefabricated tires
